"The Suitcase"

The suitcase travels to Peru, this time in collaboration with the 'Guillermo Ugarte Chamorro' School of Dramatic Arts of Peru. Gio Quezada showcases the migrant experience in a distant country, highlighting the resilience of the migrant community in the United States, now in his home country.

It is a self-exploration space designed specifically for pre-professional artists. In this lab, we will delve into the challenges that independent artists may face in their daily professional practice. We know that life in the arts can be an emotional roller coaster: the highs and lows of success, financial struggles, and the constant pressure to create can place a significant burden on our mental and emotional health.

The Maleta returns to Orlando, this time in collaboration with Hope Community Center, an organization dedicated to supporting immigrants in the United States, for the 'Adelante Caminante' student group. With the purpose of inspiring and highlighting the resilience and determination of immigrant people, this production serves as a powerful representation of the rich culture, heritage, and contributions of the Latin American community to American society. It aims to convey to these students that they are part of the future of this country.

"The Blue Bird"

"The Blue Bird" tells the adventure of two little sisters who embark on a journey in search of the Blue Bird, which symbolizes happiness. Along the way, they discover that happiness was much closer than they thought; it was in their own home. Through encounters with various characters and magical creatures, the sisters learn valuable lessons about gratitude, love, and the importance of cherishing what they already have. As they journey back home, they realize that true happiness lies within their hearts and the love of their family.

Lina will face significant obstacles in the United States while pursuing her dreams, such as language barriers, discrimination, low wages, and a radical cultural shift, leading her to experience episodes of anxiety and depression. This reflects the daily challenges faced by the Latin American immigrant community. This production highlights the resilience and determination of immigrant people and serves as a powerful representation of the rich culture, heritage, and contributions of the Latin American community to American society.

"Theater Introduction Workshop"

The Introduction to Theater Workshop for Children is an enriching experience aimed at fostering creativity in them through dynamic dramatic play, improvisation exercises, and vocal-body expression, engaging in fun and challenging activities that allow them to create stories and characters, exploring their potential as actors. In addition to focusing on the development of social and emotional skills, such as self-confidence, empathy, effective communication, and conflict resolution.
